What's Happened to the Vape Industry?

11.19.2020

As the days fly by the vape industry is turning to big tobacco by the second.  With move is parts of Eupore and Canada the ability to find an "ejuice" that isn't approved is becoming more difficult by the second.

New Jersey's vape ban is well in effect with some store still trying to sell off the last of their stock while some stores just dumping it all together are already in compliance with vape laws working to possibly carry only pre approved brands of vape juices in the future.

One Smoke shop in New Jersey Spoke out when interviewed and brought up a good point.  If under age users are getting this illegally anyways, what keeps sellers of illegal (bootleg) versions still from buying them.  Watch this YouTube video to see what Holy Smokes NJ said...

By taking away flavors, you only increase the demand and rise for a black market of low standards less reliable standards of quality product - potentially creating a dangerous scenario for legal and illegal users of vape products.

On the other hand, if vapers took the time to mix and steep their own juices they might learn the art involved in making their favorite flavors they took for granted at $15 to $25 a bottle.  And DIY will defiantly be an option for those out there savvy enough to learn it's only 4 ingredients and time to make a killer juice.

There are a ton of people who's last decade have been committed to making their own flavors and you can find them all over YouTube like I have when trying my own mixtures.

My question is do we go with the wind and accept this is where we live, or do we wake up and remind ourselves we're still Americans and recognize our rights are being taken away from us at a malicious rate.

Don't be discouraged, know we have options and we will always have a voice.  Call up and leave a message with your local congressman and let them know how you feel about the vape ban!

That's all for today, looking forward to another post!
